What's included in the rent guarantee program
The Rent Guarantee program includes:

Is it included with every booking I receive from Studint
Studint rent guarantee program is not included and does not come automatically with every booking. You can contact our team to set it up, even for your existing tenants!
How much is the service?
You can have access to the rent guarantee program, and even rent collection with automatic payments for 5%/month.
Do I need to provide certain documents to be eligible for the program?
Yes, you will need to provide documents to be eligible for the Studint rent guarantee program. Our team will help you gather the documents before starting the process.
What happens if a tenant misses rent?
You will need to notify us using our help center: Studint Help Center, and if you are part of the Rent Guarantee program, we will immediately pay rent for up to 12 months or $60,000 while working with you to start the eviction process.
