First, you add your listing(s) on our university platform. To do that, you need to create an account and a new listing. Key in your information to find out the inescapable fact regarding sizzling hot slot. Our team will verify your listing(s) within 24 hours to make sure that it is fit with Student needs.
Once your listing is accepted, you can start receiving reservation requests from our partner schools & marketing channels and accept or deny them according to your criteria. You keep full control on who is in your unit, and you can chat with the tenants to make sure it is someone you want to host.
The Student is then asked to pay 1st month rent to confirm the reservation. Once that is done, we issue a transfer or the 1st month rent minus the service fee on the day of the move-in. Future payments are made directly to you.

Listing your place on Studint is super easy. All you have to do is create an account, go to your dashboard, and as much properties as you want following the intuitive steps. If you need any help along the process, consult our help centre.
When you approve a booking made through our platform, the tenant gets charged 1st month rent. From then, you simply have to add your preferred payout method on the dashboard to receive your rent (minus service fee) when the tenant moves in. All future payments are paid directly from the tenant to you.
